As design director at SI Jacobson, Tresha drives innovation and creative efforts within the design team to deliver industry-leading products for our clients. She leads the team in exploration of new design ideas and guides strategies to meet product and development requirements. Before joining SI Jacobson, Tresha was a soft goods and tech pack specialist at Milwaukee Tool, and previously worked as a product designer at Heritage Travelware and High Sierra. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, and is certified in UX Design, with a specialization in UI. Outside of the office, Tresha can be found riding and showing horses, creating in the kitchen, taking on DIY projects, or traveling around the world.
