SI Jacobson Manufacturing is proud to offer our customers options to fulfill the specific requirements they have for their customized OEM solutions. We create organization and carry solutions using a variety of materials, such as woven, vinyl, and molded soft materials, and using various construction methods, including sewing, RF sealing, and EVA molding. The fabrics utilized by SI Jacobson meet a diverse range of needs, providing options such as fire retardant, reflective or cold crack resistant fabrics.

Our products can be manufactured domestically to meet made-in-the-USA standards, or at one of our overseas factories in Asia. Regardless of manufacturing location, all SI Jacobson’s operations are ISO-9001:2015 compliant. We also offer REACH, RoHS, Proposition 65, and Berry Amendment compliance when requested.

To keep manufacturing costs down, SI Jacobson operates within a culture of continuous improvement. We use LEAN processes, and make adjustments when necessary to ensure we are producing the highest quality product at the best value for our customers. Further, clients benefit from the efficiency provided by our in-house prototype and sample capabilities, as well as our ability to manufacture their order in bulk either domestically or overseas, then store it for just-in-time inventory fulfillment.
